Can anyone reccomend a whole house water filter system. We use city water that is chlorinated.?

I am considering a rainsoft system but it seems very expensive. I have heard of one that offers a no salt type. Can you help me?

check out Lowe’s—seen one there that will remove cholorine- can’t remember the name but not to expensive

    whole house filtration is a waste… why filter water that’s going down the drain in the toilet, shower and washer?….. filter at the tap only…. much less waste and expense….
