we have a reverse osmosis water filter system in our place in spain. it needs draining , as we are not there ?

as we are not there at the moment , how can we give instructions to someone to do it in our absence ?
My OH always did this and I have no instructions here or anywhere.
Help,
There should be a water line under the sink with a valve going to the filter system. Turn this valve off. Then open the faucet in the sink, until no more water comes out. There should be about 2 to 3 gallons in the large tank under the sink. This will drain most of the water, but it won’t completely drain the tank. Without knowing the brand, that is as detailed as iI can be. Good luck!
