It turns the water to a term called ( ZERO ) No chemical or nutrient value at all. If it is your primary source of drinking water then you would have to substitute with a regiment of vitamin and mineral supplements. The best Carbon system is point of use ( designated tap ) with the filter being block carbon with silver impregnated core.
